What business processes are good candidates for AI automation?
The best candidates are repetitive, rules-based tasks that involve reading or moving information between systems: sorting shared inboxes, extracting data from invoices and forms, updating CRM or ticket records, compiling recurring reports, and routing approvals. Processes that change every time or rely mostly on judgment are usually better left to people, with AI as an assistant.
Do we need Microsoft 365 to work with you on automation?
No. Many of our clients run on Microsoft 365, so Power Automate and Copilot Studio are often the natural fit, but we also build with our own custom connectable automation tools and connect directly to other systems through their APIs.
Will AI make decisions or send things without anyone checking?
Only if you decide that a step is low risk enough. By default we design workflows with human review for anything that spends money, goes to a client, or changes important records. The AI does the reading and drafting, and a person approves.
Is our data safe when an automation uses AI?
We build automations under your security policies: approved AI services only, least-privilege service accounts, multi-factor authentication on admin access, and logging of every run. Where data must stay in a specific environment, we choose tools and hosting that keep it there.
How long does it take to automate a workflow?
It depends on the process and the systems involved. We start with discovery and a single pilot workflow so you see a working result and real measurements before committing to a wider rollout.
Who maintains the automations after they go live?
We do, as part of an ongoing engagement. We document each workflow, watch run history and failure alerts, fix issues, and update flows when your vendors, forms, or systems change.
