Alspa Consulting Corp. was founded in 2001, by Michael Almiroudis. Michael Almiroudis, who was involved with computers from the age of 5, grew up with a very strong foundation and knowledge for information technology. His vision was to create an Information Technology based company that offered superior service efficiently for a reasonable price. At the time the market was saturated with small startup inexperienced freelancers who would charge unheard of prices for skills they obviously lacked. His vision was that if you were exceptionally good at what you did and offered service that exceeded a client’s expectations, you would stand out from the crowd.
Neteam Solutions Inc. was founded by Pavlos Anton in 2001. Pavlos, also involved with computers from a very young age, started Neteam Solutions with the idea that if you offer great customer service and complete understanding of a customer’s needs, you would be successful in the Information Technology service industry. Mike Almiroudis & Pavlos Anton, who went to college together in their younger years remained close friends as they each ran their respected businesses.
In January 2011, Neteam Solution & Alspa Consulting Corp, merged together to form a larger IT company known today as Neteam Solutions Inc. The fit was right since both businesses had similar principles and both made great customer service their primary focus.
